Alfredo fettuccine Pasta.

Ingredients:
Servings: 1 - 2 people
125g Dry fettuccine pasta
2 tbsp unsalted butter
2 clove garlic, minced
3/4 cup heavy cream
1 cup grated parmesan( i use pecorino calcagno pepato, absolutely love it)
Dried/Fresh parsley leaves for garnish
Method:
Melt the butter over medium heat.
Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant not brown.
Pour in the cream. Let it gently simmer for two minutes ( stirring occasionally).
Gradually add in the grated cheese, whisk until melted completely ( the sauce now should look creamy).
Season with salt and pepper ( if your using pecorino calcagno pepato you can skip adding pepper)
Toss in the cooked pasta, stir to coat it evenly
Garnish with parsley and additional cheese if desired.
Additional notes:
For the fresh pasta i used:
1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
2 large eggs
Which makes two servings of fettuccine.
